MEDICAL ONCOLOGIST

Dr Sue Lo is a UK-trained medical oncologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of solid. She is a Senior Consultant at The Cancer Centre (TCC) and previously served as Senior Consultant at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). Her special interests lie in breast cancer and colorectal (bowel) cancer, with additional expertise in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal and cancers.

Clinical Experience & Education​
Dr Lo received her medical degree from Sheffield Medical School (UK) and completed her postgraduate training at The Royal Hallamshire Teaching Hospital and centre. She became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and obtained her Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (CCT) in Medical Oncology.

​She has worked in both clinical and research roles, presenting at international oncology meetings and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. In 2008, she was appointed Consultant at NCCS, and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2011.

Leadership & Academic Contributions​
Dr Lo previously chaired the Chemotherapy Safety Committee at NCCS and was a committee member of the National Medication Safety Committee. She is deeply involved in medical education, having taught Duke-NUS postgraduates and examined medical students from National University Hospital Singapore.​ ​
